All products sold on Diagnosticz.com are delivered digitally. No physical shipping is required or provided.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing the download link for the software. This usually takes between 1 to 12 hours, depending on the product and file size.

For large files (5GB to 10GB), download links will be provided via trusted platforms like Google Drive or Dropbox.

Please ensure that your email address is correct at checkout, as all delivery and communication will be sent to the provided email.
